LEED Reviewer beta testing
GBCI is currently recruiting volunteers to to beta test the upcoming LEED Reviewer exam, between February 3 and 16, 2010 for free. For beta candidates, the beta test is an opportunity to take the LEED Reviewer exam at no cost and, upon final scoring of the results, potentially earn the LEED Reviewer certificate. If you fail the beta, you will be able to take the final version of that test when it is released in the summer of 2010.
Beta tests are trial runs of new exams that GBCi uses to collect performance data, valuable statistical information, and candidate comments. This information is used to help build a valid and reliable exam for the public. Beta testing is delivered through GBCI's testing company Prometric.
To be eligible for the LEED Reviewer beta exam you must be able to answer YES to all four of the questions below.
Did you attend a LEED Certification Reviewer Training Course offered by GBCI or USGBC? OR Did you obtain Reviewer training with your current or past employer?
Do you have at a minimum a Bachelors degree in a building science such as engineering, architecture, interior design, urban planning, or construction?
