ELIGIBILITY: LEED FOR HOMES GREEN RATER
Conventional Track
Before
applying for the LEED for Homes Green Rater exam, candidates for the
conventional track (those who have minimal experience providing
verification services on LEED for Homes projects with a LEED for Homes
Provider) must meet minimum
eligibility qualifications
and complete USGBC's two-part LEED for
Homes Green Rater training which consists of:
- Part 1: the
full series of self-guided online learning modules
- Part 2: the
instructor-led two-day LEED for Homes Green Rater workshop
After
completing training and submitting an application for the exam,
candidates are also required to agree to the
Candidate
Terms and Conditions,
Disciplinary
and Exam Appeals Policy
, and submit to an application audit.
Advanced Track
Before applying for the LEED for Homes Green
Rater exam, candidates for the advanced track (those who have previously
provided verification services on LEED for Homes projects with a
Provider) must:
