TEST CENTER POLICIES

It is recommended that you arrive at the test center at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled exam appointment to check in, get settled, and begin the tutorial. Candidates who arrive at the test site after their scheduled exam times will lose their reservations and be considered absent. See the section on missing the exam for more information on these policies.

Your test session should begin within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment. If circumstances arise at the test site that delay your test session more than 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, you will be given the choice of continuing to wait or rescheduling your appointment. Nothing may be brought into the exam room with you. Small lockers are provided for candidates to secure purses, wallets, keys, cellular telephones, pagers, etc. Lockers will not accommodate briefcases, laptop computers, or large purses and bags.
