China has been focusing on tall building development, with a record 84 completions in 2016 of 200‐meter‐plus buildings. However, more attention is still needed in learning how to design tall buildings in terms of integrated process. As one of the supporting partners of the event, USGBC invites you to join us at the CTBUH Symposium on Tall Building Performance on August 2 in Shanghai.
When: Wed., August 2, 2:30–5 p.m.
Where: Auditorium, 1st floor, TJAD, No.1230 Si Ping Road, Shanghai, China
The event will be conducted in Chinese.
The symposium is organized by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), a leading resource for professionals focused on the inception, design, construction and operation of tall buildings and future cities, at Tongji University. It will feature a panel discussion on “Optimizing Tall Building Performance in China: From Conception to Operation."
Ying Zhao, Senior Certification Reviewer and Quality Specialist for GBCI, will participate in the panel and share her experience based on the hundreds of green building projects she has reviewed in recent years.
