APPLICATION FOR PRECERTIFICATION REVIEW
Precertification is only
available for projects registered under LEED for Core & Shell
Development. Precertification is not required, nor is it a commitment that LEED for Core & Shell certification
will be earned.
An application for Precertification Review is subject to all of the
requirements of a Combined Design & Construction Review with the
following exceptions:
- An application for Precertification Review may be submitted prior to
project completion
- An application for Precertification Review is only subject to
the Precertification
