APPLICATION FOR RECERTIFICATION REVIEW
Recertification is
required for all buildings certified under a LEED Existing Building Rating System. An application for Recertification is
subject to all of the requirements of a Certification Review with the
following additions:
- All applications for O&M Recertification must be occur no sooner
than one year and no later than five years following initial
certification
- An application for Recertification Review is only
subject to the Recertification Review fee
