APPLICATION FOR SUBSEQUENT REVIEW
An application for Subsequent Stage Review is subject to all of the requirements of an Initial Stage Review with the following additions:
- A Subsequent Stage LEED-ND Application includes payment of the Subsequent Stage Review fee.
- Includes confirmation that the development process has not affected the project's eligibility for all previously reviewed prerequisites and credits.
- Projects will be required to register at each subsequent stage LEED-ND application at no additional cost. Similar to initial registration, projects will have 3 years to submit upon re-registration. Subsequent registration must occur no later than 3 years after the completion of Stage 1 and no later than 7 years after the completion of Stage 2.* For more information, please view the LEED Certification Policy Manual and LEED-ND 2009 FAQs.
- Subsequent stage reviews must be submitted in accordance to the requirements of the most recent version of the LEED-ND Rating System at the time of subsequent registration. For more information, please view the LEED Certification Policy Manual and LEED-ND 2009 FAQs.
*Projects registering in 2010 prior to the launch of the full LEED-ND 2009 Certification Process will not be required to adhere to the submission deadlines for SLL Prerequisite and Full stage reviews until the full certification process is publicly delivered (currently scheduled for late 2010).
