LEED 2009 MULTIPLE BUILDINGS & ON-CAMPUS PROJECTS FEES

Registration and certification fees are subject to change and are to be calculated separately on the dates of registration and certification submission, respectively.

These fees apply to LEED 2009 projects pursuing certification using the 2010 Application Guide for Multiple Buildings and On-Campus Projects (2010 AGMBC) document. LEED Version 2 multiple building projects are subject to standard certification fees and are not eligible for the special pricing below.

The fees below are for single-building projects utilizing part 1 of the 2010 AGMBC. In addition to the Master Site project, each building or space must be registered as a separate LEED project. Individual on-campus projects using the 2010 AGMBC are only eligible for the 20% discount on review fees when they are submitted for review after (or at the same time as) the associated Master Site project. Fees for part 2 (group certification) will be published at a later date.
