CURRENT CERTIFICATION FEES
The certification fee is based project's rating system and size. This fee is calculated and paid when the project team submits documentation for review in LEED Online.
Special rates apply to LEED 2009 multiple building projects taking advantage of the 2010 Application Guide for Multiple Buildings and On-Campus Projects document. LEED Version 2 multiple building projects are subject to standard certification fees.

* Project Square footage to be used for Certification Fee pricing should be based upon the definition of Gross Floor Area which is provided in the LEED 2009 MPR Supplemental Guidance
. However, all parking areas (whether underground, structured, or at grade) should be excluded from the square footage calculations used to determine the certification fee. Other spaces such as common areas, mechanical spaces, and circulation should be included in the gross square footage of the building.
** In addition to regular review fee. Availability of expedited review timelines is limited based on GBCI capacity. Contact GBCI at least ten (10) business days prior to submitting an application to request an expedited review.
*** The Existing Building Recertification Review fee is due when the customer submits the application for recertification review. Before submitting, please contact GBCI's project certification staff to get a promotion code.
**** Precertification fees are for precertification only. Core & Shell projects are subject to all standard fees at the time of certification.
