Plaque Guidelines
The LEED plaque may only be displayed at the certified project site. Display of the LEED plaque and the Certification Mark image requires compliance with the LEED Trademark Guidelines
. Use of the LEED Certification mark, including the LEED plaque, on anything other than promoting a LEED-certified project is prohibited.
Custom application of the certification mark logo, such as a window decal or wall etching, is permitted to certified projects. The LEED plaque image must appear tone-on-tone, that is, in the “color” of the natural material, i.e., the stone or glass, with no additional or contrasting color added to it. Applications smaller than twelve inches are not recommended, although small-scale or residential projects may find that an application as small as five inches is most appropriate for their space. Please refer to the LEED Trademark Guidelines
for additional restrictions concerning color, sizing, etc.
