Waivers or extensions
Requests for waivers or extensions of the CMP requirements due to extenuating circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Waivers may be granted only in exceptional circumstances. Written requests with supporting documentation must be submitted to GBCI staff up to 90 days before the end of their reporting period.
Expiration
Your credential will expire if you do not complete the CMP requirements within your two-year reporting period, or do not pay the renewal fee within 90 days from the end of the reporting period.
Reinstatement
If your credential has expired and you choose to regain the credential, you must test like all new candidates and are responsible for all applicable fees.
