Courses are reviewed by a team of reviewers and auditors, independent, cross-professional subject matter experts and adult educators. Reviewers review applications and approve courses. Auditors review courses that have already approved. To protect providers and avoid conflicts, the review team remains anonymous to each other and the provider during a review.
