LEED FOR HOMES GREEN RATER


For professionals who participate in the verification of high-performance green homes, the LEED for Homes Green Rater denotes demonstrated understanding of the LEED for Homes verification process and works with a LEED for Homes Provider to complete all aspects of LEED for Homes verification process. All LEED for Homes projects that register after January 1, 2011 must be verified by a LEED for Homes Green Rater certificate holder.

To be eligible for the LEED for Homes Green Rater exam, candidates must first meet eligibility requirements and finish USGBC's training program. Futhermore, it is strongly recommended that a LEED for Homes Green Rater applicant establish a mentorship relationship with a LEED for Homes Provider before pursuing the training component.
