ID REQUIREMENTS
Your given name (first name) and surname (last name) in My Credentials must match the given name and surname on the identification you will present at the test center. If the names do not match, you will NOT BE ALLOWED TO TEST AND YOU WILL FORFEIT THE FULL EXAM FEE. Candidates must bring appropriate identification to the testing center. Candidates must provide a valid, current ID with a signature and a photograph of the candidate. Expired forms of ID will not be accepted. Acceptable examples include:
