CONFIRM, CANCEL, OR RESCHEDULE

Exam appointments can be confirmed, canceled, or rescheduled at www.prometric.com/gbci or by contacting Prometric. Please note that rescheduling an exam appointment generates a new confirmation number. If a new confirmation number is not received after rescheduling, contact Prometric immediately to ensure the appointment has been successfully rescheduled.

All scheduled exams canceled or rescheduled 30 days or less before the appointment date are charged a $50 fee. Scheduled exams cannot be rescheduled or canceled after midnight on the third day before the appointment time. (For example, Monday appointments cannot be rescheduled or canceled after Friday at 23:59).
