As Regional Director of GBCI India, Gopalakrishnan manages business and market development of LEED and other GBCI rating systems for the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions.

Mili is Managing Director of Green Business Certification Institute Pvt Ltd, India and Senior Vice President, USGBC. In her current role Mili is responsible for technical adaptation and customization of the portfolio of rating systems of GBCI for the Asia Pacific region. She is also responsible for customer coordination, education, training, and developing market mechanisms for adoption of the tools and rating systems for the region.
Thomas Mueller is President & CEO and Founding Director of the Canada Green Building Council. In this role he leads national green building strategy, programs and standards along with advocacy and policy efforts. He is currently participating in the LEED International Roundtable, the WGBC Americas Network; Quest National Advisory Committee, City of Vancouver’s Green Building Advisory Committee and the Dean’s Advisory Committee, Environmental Studies, U. of Waterloo.
Liberty Munson, PhD, is the Principal Psychometrician for Microsoft Learning’s technical certification program. Prior to joining Microsoft, she worked at Boeing where she developed a wide variety of selection tests, assisted with the development and analysis of Boeing’s internal certification exams, and managed their Employee Survey. She received her BS in Psychology from Iowa State University and her MA and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with minors in Quantitative Psychology and Human Resource Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
