Certificates are printed monthly; your certificate will arrive 6-8 weeks after your exam date. Please ensure that the primary address listed in your My Credentials account (www.gbci.org > My Credentials) is the address to which your certificate should be shipped. If your certificate arrived damaged or misspelled or hasn't arrived 10 weeks after your exam, please provide the information below. If you are a full-time student at an accredited institution, and you are not already a USGBC national member, you may request student pricing for the LEED Green Associate exam ($150 per exam appointment) below. You will not be able to register for or schedule any exam appointments until your documentation is received and approved by GBCI. If you are a full-time student but have already linked your GBCI account to a USGBC national membership, you will automatically receive the member rate and you do not need to request student pricing or provide documentation. Student pricing does not extend to the LEED AP exams.

If you are requesting an extension to your enrollment window, complete this form. Once you have filled out the form, we will contact you to help you complete your enrollment. October 27th is the final deadline for enrollment, GBCI will only honor request received on or before this date. Enrollment is a one-time process through which LEED APs without specialty (credentialed under the New Construction, Commercial Interiors, and/or Existing Buildings exam tracks) can complete prescriptive credential maintenance or retest to earn a LEED AP with specialty credential. In December 2006, we created the new web account system that allows candidates and LEED APs to modify their own information via web accounts. We did this so that our customers could manage their information accurately and confidentially. If you took the exam in 2006 or before AND are not listed as "Credentialed" in your My Credentials account > My Credentials > Record Type. Please use the form below to request that your status be updated. PLEASE NOTE: In 2009, GBCI introduced a new credential management system. With the creation of My Credentials, many LEED APs who were not appearing in the LEED Professional Directory are now. Please check the new LEED Professional Directory to see if you are listed.

An appeal is a formal written request to review the content of an exam question for accuracy, validity, or errors in content and grammar. Appeals must be specific to an exam question and must be submitted by the candidate to GBCI's Accreditation Department within 10 days of the exam appointment. The appeal must describe the content of the exam question and the nature of error. To ensure the validity of the scores and legal defensibility of the program, GBCI does not modify exam scores under any conditions; the only way to earn a LEED Accredited Professional credential is to score at least 170 on a LEED AP exam.
