Vincent Chiusano

Vincent is the Vice President of Customer Experience and he is responsible for all forms of customer service, from general inquiry to technical advisement. He oversees a call center in Northern Virginia which is responsible for inbound customer service and cross sales, an outbound team that is responsible for direct sales, the Account Management team which focuses on sales and service for high end clients, and the LEED COACH technical team, which handles product related technical questions at a high level. Vincent has a Bachelor’s degree in Theater Arts from Rutgers University, and currently resides in Ashburn, Va.
