In her role as Head of Innovation for Enterprise Real Estate at TD Bank, Jackie is focused on connecting the benefits of lifecycle thinking and innovation to deliver quantifiable value to the organization. Jackie leads the innovation strategy for the Enterprise Real Estate group and helped establish the Bank’s IDEAS Program which is responsible for delivering continuous improvement and innovation in: design, construction, and operations of retail and corporate facilities. Initiatives cover scope areas including: colleague and customer experience, energy and sustainability, human health and wellness, and day to day facilities management. Jackie is also leading the workplace utilization strategy for the Bank which is focused on the intersection of technology and observational data sources to deliver an enhanced colleague experience and ensure portfolio efficiency.
Prior to joining TD Bank, Jackie was the sustainability manager and senior project manager for Harvard University’s Allston Development Group, where she guided the sustainability aspects of the school’s Allston campus expansion. She was also a vice president of Development Services at Colliers Meredith & Grew and a project manager at Turner Construction.
Jackie earned a Bachelor of Science in architectural design, a Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in civil and environmental engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is a LEED Fellow, a WELL AP, a founding board member of the USGBC Massachusetts Chapter, longtime volunteer for the USGBC and is currently on the Advisory Council for Zoo New England.
