Hyatt Hotels Corporation, headquartered in Chicago, is a global brand with a legacy of first-class hospitality. Taking its reputation to the next level, the Hyatt Regency hotel, New Delhi, committed to the best in green building through certifying to LEED Platinum standards, becoming the first Hyatt property in the world to achieve that level in the existing building category.

Inspired by the golden age of the Gupta period, the 35-year-old Hyatt Regency hotel stands tall as one of the landmark buildings in Delhi, bringing together luxury and sustainability and ensuring the environmental consciousness, profitability and wellness of its staff and guests.

Apart from adopting various energy and water efficiency measures and maintaining good indoor air quality, Hyatt Regency is the only building in Delhi that sources over 75 percent of its electricity from green hydropower.

These efforts have resulted in savings of Rs 3 crore, more than recovering Hyatt's investment of 2.7 crore in just two years.
