New federal guiding principles assessments pricing to go into effect on May 1

On May 1, the registration and certification fees for several LEED rating systems and programs will increase by an average of 12%. This pricing increase will also extend to include federal guiding principles assessments.
This is the first pricing increase for GBCI since 2016, and the decision was not made lightly. We remain committed to providing the highest-quality services and meeting your project’s goals. This increase in fees will support those efforts.
Registered federal guiding principles projects may take advantage of the current fees by prepaying before April 30. Contact us to request a prepayment invoice.
All invoices generated on or after May 1 will follow the new fees highlighted below.

Note: Buildings also pursuing LEED certification do not incur registration or review fees for the guiding principles if applications are submitted in tandem.
