The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) is working with Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) to update the WELL AP exam to align with the WELL Building Standard, v2 (WELL v2).  GBCI is conducting a Job Task Analysis which includes a Job Analysis Survey.

As part of the Job Task Analysis, the WELL AP Exam Committee, composed of active WELL AP subject matter experts, has identified the knowledge domains, tasks and skills needed to support the minimum competent performance of a WELL AP.  To support this work and validate the minimum competency of a WELL AP, a wider group of subject matter experts are enlisted to review the knowledge content areas and determine their relative importance through the WELL AP Job Analysis Survey.  The survey will provide us with a quantitative description of the knowledge content areas which will then be used as the foundation to create the test specifications.

GBCI invites all active WELL APs, WELL project administrators and WELL project team members who have prepared WELL project documentation and have a deep knowledge and understanding of the WELL v2 pilot to participate in the WELL AP Job Analysis Survey and for you to contribute your expertise to the development of the next version of the WELL AP exam.

Your commitment, passion and knowledge of the WELL v2 pilot uniquely positions you to assist us in this process.  The survey offers transparency and gives experts in the health, design, and wellness fields an opportunity to contribute to the development of the WELL AP credential.

The WELL AP Job Analysis Survey will be available starting today until Monday, November 23rd 11:59 pm (EST) and should take approximately 30 – 45 minutes to complete.  We look forward to your participation!
